2.1 Modelchanges and pricechanges are with reservations.
2.2 With displaying the products has not been done an offer from us.
2.3 Prices are without the postal costs, wrapping and insurance .All prices are including the V.A.T. concurning the legal V.A.T at the moment 19%.
3. Payment
Payment should be done within 14 workingdays, Surprise will always keep the right to cancel the order and refund the payed amount.
4. Delivery time 4.1 Orders will be send as soon as possible after the payment has been received,without the responsibility for problems out of our hands .
4.2 Orders can be picked up only after an agreement made by telephone or email with confirmation.
5. Shipment- and Guarantee conditions
The danger of loss or damage of the products is the responsibility of the client, after the transporter has delivered the goods .Surprise has no responsibility for defects created by wrong handling.
6. Right to withdraw
6.1 Laying a claim to broken, defect or wrong delivered articles can be made in writing within 14 days.
6.2 With a reasonable claim we will solve the problem . The costs and the riscs for a returnsending will be for the client. When the complaint is correctly, the costs for shipment will be refunded .
7. Use of cookies
In our Shop in the cookies information will be stored concerning your shoppingbasket, this will be deleted after you ve received the order.
